Three physicians decided the fix had to come from inside medicine.

SynAIpse exists because administrative work kept pulling physicians away from patients, and the people building the software meant to fix it had never stood at the bedside themselves.

Our mission

Every hour a physician spends on credentialing paperwork, prior authorization, or chart chasing is an hour that does not go to a patient. We build automation that gives that time back, starting with the administrative work that follows every physician through their career.

Built in the OR, not a software shop.

Soliman Oushy and Robert James are practicing neurosurgeons who spent years watching credentialing delays keep capable physicians out of operating rooms. Charles Greenman spent his career building systems that showed the problem was solvable with the right engineering. The three of them started the company from that shared frustration, and every product still gets tested against real clinical workflows before it reaches a physician's desk.

How we build

We ship to a small group of design partners first, watch how physicians actually use the product, and only widen access once it holds up. Credentialing and privileging is live today because it went through that process. We would rather take the time than ship something a physician cannot trust.

We started this company because physicians deserve better than software built without them.

Every decision here is tested against one question: does this give a physician back time with patients? If the answer is no, we do not ship it.
